I have visited this Bankstown store on 29th of December 2022. I perchased a clearance Table lamp from this store. When I picked up the clearance lamp from clearan table and approached the checkout and asked the checkout operator to check the price she didn't say anything but other checkout operator say $50. Then she said no refund or exchange for this item. Her voice was not friendly and she was very rude. Her attitude was like I made a mistake to perchased a clearance items. Then she asked me to pay with out use any polite words. When I paid she just put the receipt on to the lamp. She even say thank to me. I was not sure why she was soo rude. This types of unwelcoming attitude is not good for any customer focused business. If you see the receipt you can easily find out who was on the checkout. I expect management take more time to train those non people friendly staff. Thanks
