I ordered a bed in this small factory, but was made too short, and the mattress could not be put in, and the owner was unwilling to listen and negotiate with me. I have tried to communicate with him but he was so rude and unreasonable and always ignore my messages. He asked me to pay 200 dollars for his frieghts, if I want him to fix and then he will come and pick this bed up from my house. The bed was made faulty by him in the first place. how is this my responsibility? Why do I have to pay for the freight? It's really frastrating. Even though his wife was bullying me in our local social WeChat group. Let's close this small factory as soon as possible.
