        We had a horrible experience with Villa Blanca.1. Breach of contract, in that they did not provide what was agreed. 2. keep the lights dim to save electricity. 3. Service staff were unethical and unpleasant to the guests. 4. stole meals from 30 guests. 5. horrible customer service.Stay away.3. Lack of utilities.

        My experience at this venue has been terrible. The start of the party was amazing and the decorations were extremely gorgeous. Nonetheless the staff were highly disrespectful, arrogant and rude. During the party, guests were arriving without adequate seats provided and when guests sat at specific seats they were told to leave these seats as they were for the managers this meant that people were removed from their seats and therefore embarrassed. I hope that the facilitators of this venue rectify the behaviour of their employees. In addition many of the employees were extremely racist and disrespectful of the guests, swearing under their breath, giving dirty looks to guests and making unnecessary remarks. I was very disappointed with this treatment.
