I needed to undergo eyes assessments as part of a comprehensive medical evaluation to obtain a commercial pilot licence. In that regard, the optometrist must be approved by a civil aviation safety authority (CASA). The eyestore was approved, and I made an appointment with Dr Susan Ang. On arrival, I was admitted by a wonderful lady, Trink, who took some details and explained the process. Ting was another lovely lady that did a couple of pre-check for Dr Susan. After completing the pre-assessment, I was taken care and assessed by Dr. Susan. She was professional and, at the same time, friendly and accommodating. On a personal note, it happens that one entre a shop of a sort and experiences good service and friendly staff. However, the eyestore clinic team was so nice and warm while being professional at the highest level that it felt like coming to a family gathering where everyone forever knew each other. It was an unusually fantastic experience. I would warmly recommend making an appointment should anyone who reads this review require a super professional team of optometrists and beautiful supporting staff.
