I was recently assessed by Dr Freiberg regarding my sleep apnea issues. Dr David Freiberg thank you for being a true gentleman and sensible doctor who cares about his patients and I would like to congratulate you for your new sleeping clinic, it is absolutely a first class facility in all aspect and would like to send my warm regards and thanks to your staff whom looked after me and treated me the best way possible. Highly recommend Dr Frieberg for his care , knowledge, professionalism and efficiency . Im also thankful for all his lovely staff and Nancy for their efficiency in booking my dads follow up appointments and hospital stay. I have suffered with 10+ years of constant tiredness and waking up unrefreshed. However, I was recently diagnosed with severe obstructive sleep apnoea by Dr Freiberg after a sleep study. I was prescribed a CPAP machine and noticed a drastic change within just a few days. It's been 2 months now and I can confidently say that the CPAP therapy has improved everything in my life: alertness, motivation, mental health and general wellbeing. I'm now waking up feeling refreshed for the first time that I can remember. It has 100% turned my life around and I cannot recommend the care and expertise of Dr Freiberg highly enough.

I have been a patient of Dr Freiberg for over 10 yrs, always found him to be helpful. However his secretarial staff need to take a good look at themselves bar one The one on arrival is well mannered and does not shout. I was reminded on the phone of an appointment that was booked 3yrs previous with less than 24hrs notice to remind me of a new referal. My GP has a 2 to 3 day wait for an appointment. There two secretaries that are also so loud that everyone in the waiting room can hear their conversation. It is less than professional behaviour. There's also a lot of confusion as instead of concentrating on the patient they are with, they are booking things for the other which ensue more shouting. As I had to book an appointment for 2025, I asked that if I could get reminded a week before, which was met with a sarcastic remark. This time I stood my ground and told her that a reminder of less than 24hrs was not adequate. I'm afraid that those secretarial staff are giving Dr Freiberg business a very bad name. Hopefully Dr Freiberg can do something about those two.
