        Unfortunately refused to refund their fee after we decided to actually pay back my partners debt ourselves. Ethically a bad decision for a company whose purpose is to get you out of debt. A bit disappointing as the fee could help us a lot in kicking some credit card debt. Seems like your commission is more important that your actual purpose.
