Pleasant customer service but the coffee is far too weak: my flat white seemed to just be milk.

Im disappointed in the barista. I came in last Thursday and ordered a regular cappuccino and I specifically told the barista lady to make it extra hot, she clearly did not listen to what I requested and made the coffee cold like as if it had been touched with the frother and removed straight away, it wasnt even warm at least. And on top of all of that, its nice when the prices of the coffee goes up and it doesnt match the quality of the product and service. I understand everything has gone up recently, but if it is worth the quality that would make sense and be fair. I would have came back to return the coffee and ask for a refund, but as I was in a rush to get to work I could not do so. Highly disappointed in the poor quality of the coffee and overpriced menu .

Review update from 5 star to 1 star I pre-ordered went for 30 minutes came back and they still managed to keep me waiting another 15 mins and then I get given off pasta the vegetables were OFF IT WAS SO DISGUSTING AND BITTER I have no words I won't be returning here again

The ambiance was so good and food is perfect each everything is cooked perfectly . Mainly chicken 65 pizza is the highlight . I tried almost every food item from continental and Chinese everything was perfect . I would definitely recommend you to visit this place
