The service last night was amazing, the two ladies working were very helpful with their suggestions on the menus and made sure we were taken care of. The coffee was amazing and the service made the whole night so much more enjoyable. Thanks to those lovely girls!!

The food is nice, the staff .. wow disgusting! The lady at the front is feral, rude, has an attitude problem and no customer service. The waitress take long to come to the table and when they do they come with attitude and sighing rolling their eyes. The only waitress who was nice to me was the girl with blue eyes, dark hair and freckles last week. There was only one girl who had amazing customer service and amazing coffee too she use to work night but sadly havent seen her there anymore big shame as Ive been coming here for years and its gone down hill

UPDATE: Spoke to the owner who handled himself in a very level headed manner. He was understanding & helped to rectify the situation by offering a credit for the value of my pancakes. So glad he was able to turn the situation around - thats what being a business owner is all about. Would definitely recommend againSo sad that I had terrible service tonight as Im usually quite pleased with the food & service. Unfortunately tonight I was given off tasting pancakes, tried to power through eating them as Im not one to usually complain but I couldnt get passed the off taste (got my mum & Aunty to try it too to make sure it wasnt just my tastebuds being off but they thought the same) so I decided to raise my concern. Sadly the staff told me because I didnt raise it straight away and apparently ate 3/4 of it (when it was more like just under a 1/2 of it) they couldnt take it off the bill but could make me another meal of my choice. I asked them for a refund as I was a little turned off. They declined. But Im confused how thats logical?! Thats double the cost to them? And I dont understand what difference it wouldve made if I raised it straight away or later on? They still have to toss my meal? Ive left my details for the owner to call me as I dont think the young workers had the best interest of the business at heart - they were sassy & rude, despite me trying to articulate the confusion and how I didnt feel their proposed solution was logical. Im hoping the owner can rectify the situation and I can change this review as I really enjoyed being a regular customer!

Rima was so bubbly, friendly and welcoming. The food was also good.
