I ordered a cake for my twin sons 3rd birthday over the weekend, I went into the store a few days prior to order it. I showed the man at the counter an image of what I wanted and explained what colour I wanted it and sent him the image I wanted printed. The cake I picked up this morning was covered in sprinkles. Definitely not what I asked for since I ordered an all green cake. When I told him this isnt what I ordered he said this is what the baker made according to the instructions on the paper. The instructions were written by the man at the counter not me. They dont speak English very well and Im guessing thats were the problem was. The lack of understanding when asking for an all green cake somehow to his understanding was me asking for a cake covered in sprinkles. The only thing he was able to do for me was offer $5 of my next order. I definitely wont be going back there.
