Sam and his colleague did a wonderful job installing a split system air-conditioner in my apartment. Prior to installation, Sam took the time to discuss the potential installation options, both by visiting the property and via follow-up phone calls and emails, which was crucial given the specific nuances of my apartment and Strata requirements. Installed 2 x split system units in the bedrooms in the inner west. Sam and his team were excellent. From the beginning of the buying process Sam's website and pricing were transparent. Sam's price was 35% cheaper than all other quotes for the exact same units. Sam was prompt with his communication and installation schedule. His team came on time on the day and completed the installation in under 3 hours. Teknicool cleaned the inside and outside areas and took away all of the rubbish. The installation was of high quality and Sam made sure to walk us through the entire process. I would definitely recommend speaking to Sam and the Teknicool team for your air con needs.
