Loved working with Chris on the renovation of our ordinary brick house at Culburra Beach. Chris listened, did plans quickly and well and at all times communicated. Communication is just about the most important piece of the building puzzle.

We have just completed the beginning of a design brief to develop a sustainable deck extension that will improve our small home environment and surroundings; and exceeding our expectations. The support and policy knowledge of Blank Space has led to local Council approval for all internal/external plans submitted. The teamwork of Blank Space supported every requirement to complete each event, as we move toward the skills associated with construction. Blank Space introduced me to a local builder, interested in our small construction. The professional support, communication, attention to detail and easy to follow practices and processes are outstanding. Blank Space understood the vision we wanted to achieve and the design they presented met out brief. Blank Space thought outside the box and made suggestions that dramatically improved the natural light and flow of the property. Blank Space was very accommodating regarding changes we made along the way and guided us with colour choices and design concepts. The approval process was tightly managed by Blank Space and we are delighted with the final product.
