I always had a little bit of anxiety when ocean swimming particularly in larger surf or swimming a fair distance from shore. The swimly team were recommended. I wondered what our trainer could do to alleviate anxiety, as I thought, was an involuntary feeling of stress. We commenced with initial discussions about our fears and what may cause them. We then hit the water and my state of mind changed almost immediately. I was totally relaxed in the water and my confidence sky rocketed. I thoroughly recommend Swimly and can't wait for another session to enhance my skills further.

Jason is legit a top notch swimming coach, not only he has fountain of knowledge and experience in the water, he observes your progress and changes the training plan accordingly. I came from a place where I hated water and thought I had phobia of it, after a few weeks I am much more confident around water and can comfortably swim for a short distance. Big thumbs up to Jason, highly recommend

Jason at Swimly is the reason I am regularly in the pool and back in love with the water after a decade away. He worked on my stroke and I went from spending all my energy to get to the other end without energy or breath left, to relaxing and gliding effortlessly through the water, being able to cover distances I would never have thought possible. Within 3 months I have been able to raise over $2k for charity through swimming too, so it has been life changing for me, and hopefully others too. Highly recommend! I will be continuing to fine tune my stroke under Swimly's expert guidance!

Jason is very professional, responsive and knowledgeable. He has changed my mind about swimming and I totally love it! The lessons were so fantastic that I hope that they could be longer.
