Plumbing supply stores can be intimidating for a DIYer such as myself, but this place makes me feel at ease. I've always had great service over the years from all staff, with a special shout-out to Les who is always polite, patient and knowledgeable, so that when I come asking for a 'thing-a-ma-jig' to fix a 'whats-it' he takes the time to understand the problem, explains the options, and I walk out with exactly what I need and the right plan to install it.

02 August 2022 ( an update after sending in my 1st Google reviews ) Firstly, all my purchases have been delivered timely and well in order without any issue. We wish to formally thank you all ( Jodie and RBBL Sales Team ) of you for the efficient and prompt assistance provided to me when I called early around 11:31am to 11:49am this morning regarding an issue of the two Caroma URBANE II Cleanflush Toilet cisterns delivered to us early this morning. I am delighted that the issue of concern was handled as a matter of urgency, and that the delivery of the replacement of two - Back Inlet / Back entry Cisterns vs. the RH Bottom Inlet / Back entry Cisterns. Most importantly was that the delivery was promptly organized by your team with your Plumbing department at the time, followed by speedy delivery within 45 mins from 11:49am, arriving at 12:58pm. for our Plumber for a full installation of both toilets this afternoon. Additionally, Junior and Michael ( Transportation / Delivery Team of Reece Bathroom Life ) were very professional, extremely helpful, great delivery timing with good communication, good mannerism and diligence with their logistic and handling experience. They have made 3 deliveries to us on this project, and I am certainly delighted to meet with them every time, particularly Junior. Good staff teams to respect and treasure. As a professional Interior Designer for over 37 years, I have experienced many Sales Consultants in the Building Industry. My experience as a Owner Client purchased directly from Reece Balmain, Jodie was highly recommended to me by one of my Designer peers. Jodie is indeed very PROFESSIONAL, Knowledgeable on all the Bathrooms related products, Prompt Good and clear documentation, Supportive, Good Spirit and Charming. Understandably, she is well supported by the positive culture and structure of the company BLB she is working for. Careful that you don't try to park there to go to Reece bathroom life which is next door and the same company because they wont allow you to and also don't let you know that bathroom life has their own obscure parking next door. Found out later because, I left making a few thousand dollar purchase elsewhere just because these 2 stores don't have their story right in an area where its hard to find a spot to park.
