Cruise Express

Just returned from Southern Branch Lines Tour. My second train tour with Cruise Express. Great trip well organised (too much good food). Guides Richard, Helen & Ben great help & very knowledgable. Volunteer Staff from Heritage Society very efficient. Can't wait to do my next trip.

THE GRAND SOUTHERN LOOP Hard to believe we've had 15 days, over 4,000km, 3 states, 9 different trains, 8 hotels with 78 tourists and 4 Cruise Express staff and 4 volunteers/drivers from Paterson Rail Motor Society. This has been the largest and longest heritage rail tour in Australia. All credit to Richard Boyce for designing and organising a tour suitable for train enthusiasts and general tourist alike. So many wonderful experiences.

We have been dealing with Cruise Express for approx 14 years now, we have the utmost faith and confidence in their ability to get things right, and they do, this is why we continue to do business with them. They genuinely care about their clients and do everything to keep us safe, happy and informed when on any tours with them. We have never had any sort of stuff up on any of our bookings, they pay attention to detail. They always respond to any emails/queries very quickly, go out of their way to make sure their clients are satisfied and happy with all bookings, whether it be a tour they are hosting or just booking a cruise etc with a main provider like Cunard or Scenic or booking flights, where they do the booking and take care of that side of it.
