We spent two days with Mel, and left feeling like we had a new friend and support person. Mel is so knowledgable and we now feel like we have a tool kit to help us through the birth we would like to aim for, and the birth we may need to embrace. The course prompted my partner and I to have many conversations about birth and parenting, we wouldn't have thought to have. The participation and vulnerability Mel encourages, made for a special weekend of bonding for my partner and I amongst the education too. We couldn't advocate for this course more. Thank you Mel.

We booked a private calm birth class with Mel and we really enjoyed the experience. I thought it would be draining and overwhelming in parts but it was really positive, interesting and informative. Mel made sure to keep both me and my husband engaged even though we have totally different personality types which can make it challenging! Food provided and ambience of the Balmain space were beautiful as well. We got a goody bag and a follow up session, I think its well worth booking a quality birth course like calm birth if youre first time parents.

We had a Calm Birth with Mel and it was just fantastic, we are beyond grateful for all the information, the details, the patient and the love Mel gave us throughout the session. The course was very thorough and she provided great real examples. We left feeling empowered, confident and with a very good understanding of all the possibilities and options as well as how the system works. We highly recommend Calm Birth with Mel!
