        Not only have they shut this branch due to covid, they have decided to turn off all the ATMs. We now have to leave the suburb and go to another branch. Love the Westpac cost cutting model.

        I came to withdraw my money to pay contractors. Waited out front from 9:25 until they opened their doors at 9:30 to be told that they cant withdraw my money for me due to their system was down, for atleast 30mins-1 hour. I asked the teller if i could change my withdrawal limit to the required amount, they advised i would need to call westpac to do this... (whats the point in having a branch) to have followed it up with "but the maximum they will allow would still not be the required amount" so now Im paying 4 people to stand around waiting til you figure out how to operate! SWITCHING BANKS To the credit of the man working, he handled my frustration wel!l the 1 star goes to him! the -4 goes to westpac, for not having it together!
