Bounce Ballet school

We had Bounce4Kids booked for our Vacation Care Program and they never showed up. I confirmed twice in the week leading up to it. I have called, emailed and text probably about 15-20 times since that day and have still not gotten a single answer. Our kids were so disappointed and I myself am still very angry at the situation. 0 stars if I could

Like many others on this site, this company seems unable to honour their commitments to events. They just didnt turn up today letting 60 children down my daughter included at a School booked event. Very poor do not book with them there will always be a risk of them not showing up.

Even after confirmation emails, the company never showed up to our vacation care service. We had 74 very disappointed children on the day. We tried calling and emailing but got no response. Most unprofessional company I have dealt with.

Michelle the director was very unprofessional, she confirmed the booking three months in advance and then cancelled all 7 bookings that we had made for over the three week January Vacation Care period at 8:30PM the day after no one showed up for one of the activities and when we tried to call her (several times over an hour) she didn't answer the phone or call back. She only responded by text message. When we saw the email in the morning of the activity we tried to call her several times and again she wouldn't answer the phone and the only answer we got was via text and when we asked her to call us she wouldn't even respond, we called her at least 15 times that day and she didn't pick up once. After speaking to different centres and providers we also found out that other centres have had issues with Michelle and this company not going through with the services she said that she would provide. We had to reorganise our vacation care program because the activities that we had organised were no longer coming, the parents were not impressed as their children were excited for the activities in the program that we had booked through Michelle. We were very disappointed in this very unprofessional service and will never be using this company again. The only reason we gave her one star it because we couldn't give her zero stars.
