Recently received one incorrect lens strength in my order (probably my fault as may have not scrolled far enough to minus strength) The communication and service received to rectify my issue was exceptional. I use these guys to order my contact lenses online & they let me pick them up to save time, which is good if I left it to the last minute. Good prices and I can also claim easily with BUPA.
