        After 2 years as a regular patient, I appeared to be a "new patient" to the GP who introduced herself as "My name is .... I don't think we've met..!" Tried again a week later with another GP who was barely able to use a keyboard to enter my name. Following hip operation surgery the 3rd GP has never contacted me for a follow up. Resulted in months of trauma.

        The care factor just isn't there. Went in to check simply if my Son has asthma and Dr Chris was quite intense upon asking the reasonings why I thought this in the first place, as if I shouldn't even bother. Just had a rather 'off' energy from the start. Also quietly said to my 2 year old while checking his breathing "what are they doing to you?" Which I thought was very weird... Same doctor who last year incorrectly diagnosed me with mastitis and put me on antibiotics, when upon my follow up appointment with another Dr in the same practice told me Chris got this wrong and what I had was actually a cyst (this Dr noticed instantly) not mastitis and to stop taking the antibiotics immediately.
