        I have generally only had good experiences with Amplifon in Ballina. My single biggest complaint would be that every time I need to get my hearing aids serviced they inevitably have to be sent to Queensland and the time without my hearing aids is mostly one and a half weeks. They do give me much lesser quality replacement to compensate for the short time that they are away but this makes very little difference, I would almost be better off without a replacement? What they should do is purchase a spare set of my original devices that can be kept at Amplifon for my use whenever the need arises, unfortunately the people in power lack that commodity, the one called Common Sense.
