What stands out for me is the deep sense of care, wisdom, empowerment, sense of stillness and so rejuvenation, and of course effectiveness in supporting healing in my body. I am so grateful to have found Donna. She is God sent! She has shown me how important it is to slow down and the impact it can have on our body when we do the opposite.
