Progressive Plans have been a delight to work with while planning the renovation of our house on Scotland Island. Leon and Adam have been very patient & professional while we deliberated and ultimately changed our mind halfway through the design process! Whatever we wanted to do, they managed to come up with ways to make it better. In addition, Nadia has designed our interiors - taking my ideas/desires and making them cohesive and luxurious. I would have been completely overwhelmed trying to design our 'gorgeous coastal cottage' without her. I cannot wait to see it all built! Thanks team. I highly recommend.

Lets start with a round of applause for Leon and Harmony. I was actually looking for the ten star button but unfortunately couldnt find it, so this is where we are! Working with Progressive Plans was truly a ten star, golden buzzer experience that I will never forget. From the very first time the guys stepped foot on my deck, at that very first meeting, I knew I was meeting a special team of consummate and caring professionals. Throughout the process, all the way through to the stamped plans and beyond they have had my back. No question I asked was ever too difficult or inconsequential for them to answer. I found Leon and Harmony to be both collaborative and trustworthy and the process was a walk in the park from conception to completion. It was my first large scale renovation and they held my hand throughout the entire process, which consequently sailed through like a breeze, due to their timely and knowledgeable workings and thorough understanding of the design and DA process. They never appeared to be unnerved and never wavered on the job. Coupled with that, their faultless attention to detail and flexible and informed communication made it feel effortless, painless and I knew that I was in very safe hands. I understand that not everything can be translated into a design and they helped me non-judgementally and with patience and understanding, create a design that I was very happy with. Leonardo da Vinci said Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication and Leon and Harmonys own design styles melded with mine cohesively which resulted in an authentic and beautifully simple design that still feels sophisticated and elegant. I realised early on, that these guys are the type of people that you need on your side when youre dealing with complex building issues and those dreaded bush fire zones! But they made it seem easy, and their experienced handling of council, structural engineers and red tape put my mind at ease throughout the entire experience. To sum it up, they are your one-stop-shop for all your renovation needs. They also cared about my budget and understood where I was at, helping me to save money at every single touchpoint along the way. My plans were approved with no hiccups or delays and their easygoingness made everything a cinch! I would highly recommend this 10 star company if you are looking to get the job done right.

Ive been working with Leon and his team on a sizeable renovation for a family of five. They have been flexible, thoughtful, diligent and highly collaborative. From design through to actually building, keeping abreast of all elements of a home made more complex by being in a bushfire zone, Leon managed to find solutions to every challenge that this design threw at him. We have enjoyed and been pleasantly surprised with the process of renovating under Leons team of very capable building designers.
