        Very disappointed in the Clever Choice products. Our hermitage range began delaminating within 12 month of being laid. Only selected boards were affected. We organised a ATFA inspector to review the floor and he agreed with the delamination issue The Clever choice "inspection" team came and surprise surprise "based on these observations, there did not appear to be any manufacturing defects with the flooring". They blamed our dogs and water...and ignored the fact that it was not wear in an area it was delamination of selected boards. Lets hope we can resolve this together. A year later there is no resolution. Many emails and phone calls later
