Don't buy a car from these people. I'm going to preface this review with the fact I barely complain. I'm pretty easy going and most things I let slide but the entire process of buying through Carbar was a nightmare and had I not had a broker I would have given up. Being shuffled between Tom and two different Michaels with varying information and asking for reissued invoices. Information coming through after the fact and my broker asking repeatedly for things and not getting responses. The price was agreed drive away over the phone in person and in email. I have been busy securing a property to move and moving house and just got the notice from Transport NSW that the registration still has not been transferred into my name, Carbar were the ones that notified Transport NSW. After a poor excuse, the day I'd agreed to collect that it couldn't be done that day because the one person who can do that was sick... I pushed and managed to collect after my mother taking the day off to get me there with the agreement the registration would be taken care of. I called during the move to ensure it had happened as I still had no paperwork. I was assured it had. Obviously it hasn't. I have reached out again by email to get this seen to but have a feeling I'm just going to have to cover it which after a move is not something that was budgeted or probably even able to be covered because this company has acted in bad faith and the ombudsman and fair trading will get involved. Avoid the nightmare, go to a reputable dealer.

Great service and great car. Absolutely marvellous. Craig and Michael were awesome and lived upto their words and whole process was very smooth. Very professional and knowledgeable. 100% recommended.
