Recently got accident and they took our car Two days later, I went there to take our stuff, Some of item has been stolen I guess, they took away, even switching our safety shoes as well Worst experience, do put car in this holding yard ever

I recently had the misfortune of being involved in a car accident, and needed the services of a towing company. As it was my first ever accident the tow truck driver looked after me while explaining what was going on, and what steps to take in the near future. His professional, and helpful manner impressed me greatly, because he was also making sure I was physically ok while doing his job of getting my car loaded up on the truck, and I want to commend him for that. I also want to thank him for dropping me off near where I lived, to make sure I got home safely in the wet weather. When I went to the tow company's office & storage facility to retrieve personal items from my wrecked car I met with Tony, and I can not thank him enough for his professional, helpful, and caring manner. Tony also helped a lot to walk me through all the steps dealing with insurance procedures & claims, as it was something I have never had to do before. If it wasn't for Tony, and all of the staff at Inner West Towing I would have been left floundering, and not had a positive outcome for myself, even more so because of the dishonesty of the other party involved in the accident. All the guys at the towing company deserve 5 stars as well, they're all a credit to the business, and will always recommend them to anyone I know for towing & salvage services.
