It took 3 attempts to pick up my delivery as they are so unorganized. The young Asian girl was extremely rude and has no customer service skills. She told me her priorities was to sell the cigarettes as she left me waiting for more then 10 minutes. On the 2nd attempt, There was one young Indian man who was at least polite and apologetic and attempted to make up for the error. On the last occasion the slightly older Asian girl was also rude and then justified the other staff being rude because it was busy and told me it was my error for entering the wrong address, despite me explaining to her that you select the location from a list and no address is manually entered. Definitely not somewhere you would like to trust with precious deliveries

Sold me a faulty vape and had the nerve to tell me I didnt buy it from there and Im a liar. Just so she wouldnt refund me or give me a non faulty one. She was absolutely rude.

The customer service of the Malaysian girl called Joyce is amazing. I went to do scan some documents yesterday, and she was very patient and helpful. She has such warm and friendly personality. Really appreciated.
