Sold our beloved property with Gazoin and his professionalism is impeccable. We decided to put our property up for sale in the middle of December expecting the property not to sell until at least January due to the holiday period. Given the challenges of putting properties on the market at the end of the year, Gazoin gave great advice and even took the time to show our property to perspective buyers on Christmas Day and manage to sell our property within 6 days!! Even finalising the deal by the 31st of December! It was so quick that not even the sale billboard was prepared! The property got sold well ahead of our expectations and at the price we were targeting. It is testament to Gazoins work ethics and professionalism. While other competitive agents are kicking back, resting and celebrating the end of the year, the team at One Vision Realty undertook the challenge and achieved our goals when no one else would.
