We contacted Didem Polat to ask for inspection availability for one of the apartments located in Strathfield. She has informed us that she would confirm the availability before we go. On the day, we attempted to call and text her multiple times, she wouldn't reply to our messages or phone calls. Very rude customer service. If the apartment is not available for sale anymore, you should have the decency to confirm with potential buyers - even with just a simple text. Will not recommend this place to anyone.

I have rented 8 properties over the years, and never have I felt more comfortable in dealing with a real estate, especially Malak. She is absolutely amazing and so easy to deal with. She is understanding and willing to go above and beyond, to say the least. All my concerns are addressed immediately, and a solution or repair is organised in such a timely manner. She has always been available to contact and replies almost instantly. I can comfortably say the team at Ray White Auburn genuinely care for their clients, both landlords and tenants alike. They have made settling into a new home for me and my children almost seamless, and I can not thank them enough! Keep up the great work! I can't fault them at all. Very unprofessional, poor communication skills, poor customer service. They illegally rented a house out knowing the house is not in a liveable state or condition, leakages, mould and clogged toilet, pipes broken, horrible smell coming from broken pipes and clogged toilet
