        Elouera Surf Life Saving Club placed a furniture order worth $40,000 with B Seated Global which is operated by a relative of David Klein. Upon learning that B Seated had gone into Administration, David Klein told us that we had actually paid our deposit of $20,000 to Festival Hire (despite the invoice being issued on B Seated letterhead). Given we had no prior dealings with Festival Hire, in our opinion these actions are dishonest and misleading. We have requested a refund of our deposit, however David Klein has refused to provide this. Update David Klein is still refusing to refund the monies he obtained in a misleading and dishonest manner, leaving a voluntary not-for-profit organisation $20,000 in the red.
