I run a large commercial facade company in sydney CBD. One of our clients requested some maintenance be done on our works from a few years ago, The only way to access these works was by abseiling. We contacted ASG. Their Manager Jim couldn't be more helpful, They had the job booked in and all of the required safety documentation to me within the hour. Due to the weather conditions the only day we could book in was a friday, I personally couldn't attend site (This always worries me when using new trades on jobs as i like to suss them out and make sure they do the right thing) I was reluctant but sent one of my team to supervise. The work went off without an issue, Very efficient Timely and professional. A week later (the job had gone so well i forgot to check in) i emailed the Client of ours who is a tier 2 building company about the works. It turns out he was actually onsite supervising, this is what he had to say about ASG "Hi James, Thank you for the repair works completed. The workers did a professional job and there was no issue with safety. Please note that we have recently won a project in XXXX and will keep you posted on the tender works packages" They did such a good job the builder wanted us to price more works for them!!! Have not used another abseiling company since and this was about 18 months ago. Highly Recommend
