This was a dine in experience. 1. Missing items in the Order. 2. Kale, Edamame and Rice (sides that come with 1/2 chicken meal) put in the same box with the chicken mixing items together. (other outlets serve these in separate containers). and to top it the pita bread was missing. Upon enquiry got told that is how the sides were offered (all together in the same box). It's true that we eat all the items in the meal and the customers should have the choice to eat which item with what. It's a bit disgusting when all items are mixed when they get served. 3. Toilet was unapproachable and was in a disgusting condition. It's true that patrons are responsible in the aspect of using the toilet properly. However the overall maintenance, hygiene and presentation of the toilet needs attention as this is inside the business where people dine in.

Worst Burger ever !! Chicken was hard and must have been sitting on the shelf for a long time completely ruined my appetite very disappointed.
