I ordered $700 worth of parts from this business on a Tuesday to get my own customers vehicle ready for Friday. When the parts failed to turn up by lunch time Thursday, I contacted the company to find a solution. Now, I FULLY understand this company cant control the courier they use, there is no disputing this. I turned up to there premises Thursday afternoon to pick up the parts we required, and advised them to have the parts that where in transit sent back to them. They flatly refused to give me another set of parts! I went a sourced the parts elsewhere at a considerably cheaper price to. This company despite having the parts returned to them, still refuses to refund me, and now need to chase this up through my credit card provider. I recommended using Sydney Diesel Centre or Diesel Equipment services in Miranda. They failed to understand there customers need, which was to get the parts, they kept going around and around in circles saying how they cant control the courier, we know this! Thats why we went to pick up more parts which you refused to give me. Theyll likely respond to this either saying they have no record of me, like all their other negative reviews, or give some excuse about us providing the wrong address, blaming the customer usually isnt the right approach in business, remember I turned up to pick up parts despite the courier issues and they refused to give them to me.
