Honestly this place is so unprofessional they thrive off being helpful but actually not today my mother had an appt with Dr John in which shes seen for many many years she walks in and the stuff tell her that her appt is cancelled and will not take her into the appt because of the dentist association as come too speak with the doctor you can sit behind a desk and say your mother came in the same time as them you as stuff (ayah) should be calling patients the moment you hear all patients are cancelled I shouldnt have to sit here and explain your job to you! I find it extremely unprofessional and I think me and my mother + family will be considering a new dentist after so many years of seeing dr John what a disappointment that dr John has to loose his clients because his staff cant organise his timesheets correctly. And to the other Turkish lady that was consistently interrupting my mother and telling her to calm down she was calm she wasted her whole day for this appt when she could have done something else. What a disappointment!
