If I could give zero or negative stars I would. Purchased from this company in 2000's, terrible build quality - and in some cases unsafe work. Would strongly recommend not buying from them. We had zero trust that what they said would be followed through on to rectify issues. Avoid any developments they have touched at all costs. They spent more time and money in working NCAT to their benefit than honestly dealing with their customers. (look up NCAT if you don't know that acronym). You have been warned.

Poor quality of work, if you think Opal towers and Mascot is bad wait until you see Rad Rays developments after a few years, lucky they don't build skyscrapers. Have all the pictures to prove also absolutely disgusting. I don't own a property developed by Rad Ray but have been called in by an owner as part of my Handy man service for general work/repairs. The doors don't close, cracks developing and keep widening(12mm the worst one), the doors won't close because the lock does not match up with the door jamb. I keep chiseling out further and further and every few months I get another call as it keeps getting misaligned again due to movement. I have plained the tops of the doors in order for them to close again also more than once. It's amazes me they are still building, definately taking shortcuts and still making a profit. Buyers of new developments by Rad Ray are unaware of the mess that lies ahead! These people need to be named and shamed, time to pay up stop ripping off buyers. People have families/mortgages and are struggling they don't have time to fix your stuff ups.

Living in one of their recently completed building projects. The building block looks modern, blending well with the local environment. Overall building quality is superb in respect of materials and workmanship. Electrical appliances are among the top brands and models, carefully selected and fitted well into the glamorous kitchen. Plenty of storage cabinets and electrical socket outlets are provided making the dwelling highly functional and efficient. Internal layout is well planned with adequate daylight and natural ventilation throughout. Defects are minor in nature and promptly taken care of.
