GLUE STORE OUTLET - Red Yard Auburn

Worst customer service ever! White girl fixing shoes was very rude to my mother and inconsiderate her replies were very dry and rude. She was not helpful at all compared to all the other employees. What is the point of working there if you are not going to at least help customers and show a tiny bit of customer service. She doesnt smile and walks around moody. Its very rude and impolite I will not be coming back here again. you have lost a customer. Although that was bad girl in hijab was very nice though helped me find the right shoes I was looking for and even complimented my hair. I was very satisfied after finding someone that knows how to treat customers with respect and dignity. White girl can learn something from her!!!

The store here is huge. There is a lot of clothing and accessories here (but I think its actually hard to find something you like as it is mostly the stuff that doesnt sell). Everything is arranged by what it is (tops, jackets, shorts, jeans/pants, dresses). There are six change rooms (three for the womens side and three for the mens), just curtains and a small area for changing. They also had some activewear, which was really interesting to me!! What I really liked about this store was the service. The girl at the front was very friendly- she explained how the outlet worked, and welcomed any questions. Shes probably the reason why Id rate this store a 4/5 and not a 3!

A great store with friendly staffs, i usually go there to purchase clothes because of the great and affordable prices with same quality as other glue stores

customer service is AMAZING. Lachlan helped us so much and is genuinely the nicest employee me and my friends have ever come across, was super fun and helpful. had a fantastic experience!
