Terrible customer service. I ordered an awning and had so many color damages . When I asked for refund or exchange they brought up so many excuses. They said you probably left it outside under the sun and wet area. My answer was this is an colorbond awning and meant to be installed in outdoor area! Anyway Stay away from this company if you want good quality products and services.

I bought 10mm twin wall Polly roof sheets and got them delivered and I was not there for delivery but 2 sheets were damaged I went in to tell them they were damaged and would not take responsibility and started to argue and say it was the driver the driver works for you I said then they said I damaged them do no buy from this company I found an Australian made company and cheaper better quality product not cheap product from China they are rude and very aggressive people 0 star rating

This is a very bad company and service, and the employee and owner are very rude! Ordered the goods under their misleading circumstances, I found the wrong shape color bond when I picked up, they blamed me and said it was your decision. Very rubbish company, I hope you choose it carefully
