        Doesnt say how much he charges beforehand and is completely useless cant perform basic simple tasks even when he is told how to do it and also lies that he will do it. 0 professionalism, doesnt know how to read/send an email, like its such a hard task and when he stuffs up he cant own up and apologise. Offloads the work to the receptionist unbelievable

        Avoid this place at all costs. Unfortunately most of the clients they get need major help with understanding tax/language barrier and dont know any better which is exactly why Ali takes advantage of them. This will include leaving them in debt from ATO plus excessive fees that he charges on top. Just very shameful to be dealing with so please know your stuff before going anywhere, specially here.
