Dr John Smart

Most knowledgeable GP I have come across in 55 years, an excellent Dr. I find the amount of negative reviews re his manner puzzling. It is an unusual consultation if we dont have a laugh over something. We have become a society of snow flakes I feel.

unprofessional, Judgemental,I was in the waiting room one day and a lady came in distressed and Dr Smart says infront of other patients"Sorry no pill-heads thanks"And no patient confidentiality, I could go on all day..The receptionist's were always ok to me but u cant blame them if they arent working with him..I saw him 20 yrs ago and hes still the same..Suprised hes still allowed to practice....

The most arrogant person Ive ever met! When I told him about my health concerns and problem with weight loss, he told me ( after finding out that I am Polish) that if I was in a concentration camp I would be skinny as a stick I was speechless after hearing the most horrible and racist comment !!!

Arrogant , dismissive and straight out weird. I came to an initial appointment prepared. He proceeded to make me sit there while he texted clients at a different business , lectured me on irrelevant information I didnt ask for and also spent 10 minutes of a 15 minute appointment showing me pictures of his personal life. Worst medical appointment Ive ever had.
