I've been EETL accountant's customer for last 16 years, even though I moved from Sydney to Melbourne 12 years ago. The customer service is fantastic and very quick response and professional. I've always leave my tax return until last mins, they've respond very fast and help me to get over the line in the same day. I feel like I've got the personalise service :-)

Help me out alot when everyone else could not

I did my Individual Tax Return - Australian Resident. Called to ask what documents/receipts to prepare/bring in. I rocked up to them. Brought in those document. I came at a busy time and waited but got my tax return done within 30min. If I ever start a business, I'll come here as well. PS If you're using the train, from the platforms you can see the building painted "never too late". PPS ATO refund took week and a half - about 7 working days.

Working Holiday Visa, forget about this place!!! They gave me an information about my refund I wait for my money and after 2 weeks 27 dollars was sent in my occunt. First was 900 dollars.... After this I got in touch and they gave me another information (I am not sure if this second one actualy is real that's why I don't want to describe here). After this, they haven't repplyed my emails and don't care about me. I am very unsatisfied abaut this service
