    Naomi is nothing short of amazing. I struggled to go for walks every time I would try my knees would be in excruciating pain for at least a week. This is until I was recommended to go see Naomi. She has honestly changed my life with her strengthening exercises and some treatments. I now feel stronger and better than I have in years. She is very motivating and knows her stuff. I highly recommend her for any fitness levels.

Motivating and fun with exceptional service to suit your own tailored physical needs. The best part of Movement Studio is you get results and don't feel like your flogging a dead horse! Best group fitness I've ever taken part of and it's addictive.

    If you are looking for a supportive place to build up your functional fitness under expert guidance, Movement Studio is it. Naomi is eagle eyed, knows how to train, inspire and motivate all levels of fitness and every body. I am glad I found her and her lovely team. Her Osteo treatment sessions are excellent too, she learns the niggles and quirks and adjusts workouts to suit. A great crew of women, with a fun selection of classes to join in.

    A definite recommendation for all women of any age and fitness level!!! I have been training at Movement Studio for over 5 years and I feel fitter and stronger now, than I did 20 years ago! As a Registered Nurse, I have had lumbar spine issues (bulging discs) for decades. Training with Dr Naomi who is a qualified Osteopath has helped me improve posture, core strength and mobility immensely, so that I can continue working for many more years than I had previously thought possible. Acute flare ups of pain and immobility are extremely rare for me now. I also have gained the knowledge and awareness of how to lift more safely and effectively; this is particularly helpful in my job as an Anaesthetic Nurse where I have to do a lot of manual handling of both patients and heavy equipment all the time.
