I went into the store last week to get some help with some older sunglasses that needed cleaning because the arms had corroded shut. The staff were very helpful and fixed the glasses for me. I went back for an eye test today with Hong Hua and I was really impressed with the appointment. He took the time to explain a lot of different things about my eye health to me, was never patronising and was just super kind and helpful. Its not very often that I walk out of a health related appointment feeling empowered and listened to. I was wearing a mask to be covid safe and when seeing that I was wearing a mask he also popped one on, which I really appreciate.

All was great until the manager got involved. Hon did my eye test and I was so impressed by his customer service, I chose to buy frames. I then moved onto Irene to look at the options of frames in store. As Irene and I looked at different frames and then working through to purchase. I walked out with no sale. This is because during our discussion, the manager Dinh interrupted quite a few times that was really annoying that I cracked it. I had to let her know how frustrating it was and had to ask her to let us be and to go away. I understand she wants to make sales but to interrupt continuously has shown disrespect to her staff and the customer. I walked away very annoyed and chose not to buy my frames from this store. I was not going to give this manager my sale for this reason. So I went to spec savers and ordered my frames.
