I had an appointment with the doctor, they contacted me and said there is cancelation for earlier time and date, do I want to take it, I said yes, I arrived early and waited 20 minutes past my appointment and I kept asking the reception, I had another physio appointment after that appointment, the doctor called another patient in and I was still waiting, when I asked the patient about their appointment time, they told me it was the time I was booked too, after the receptionist knocking on his door many times, he answered, when I talked with him, he was rude and dismissive, as if I was his servant, I felt really bad and asked him why I had to wait and why I was told there was cancellation while it was not true, he said leave the medical centre and dont come back! please check the reviews before you make appointment, I have not been treated so badly by a medical centre ever!

Refused to accept emergency walk in due to not booking the 3 day covid wait. Had to go Canterbury hospital instead

There is always a huge delay and hence no point in making appointments. Staff here is friendly but not very helpful in communicating delays in appointment times. I was asked to wait almost 1 hour for my 7:10pm appointment. This happened 2nd time in a row.
