        Went to exchange brand new and unused golf driver that I bought from here and manager would not even entertain the idea; said it had been a few months since purchase so wouldnt accept it despite very honest and reasonable reasons for the delay. Very rude and unfeeling about the customers situation. Kept being told it was about the money. Clearly this business focus is on dollars and not on service. This is how you get bad reviews and no repeat business. Judging by all the previous reviews Im not the only one to award this one star.
