Wait time at service drop off is very slow when dropping off at the opening time of 7:30am. Lounge area at service isnt very welcoming. Enquiry on website and email didnt get responded too or acknowledged either. Its not terrible here, but its not anything memorable either and didnt give me confidence in the quality of work they will do. First time back at Alto in a long time and it is disappointing that no improvements have been made in the customer experience.

This is my second review (another one was given 2 years ago). 2022 was a bumpy period for this service - I'm glad they sorted out their staffing issues and found the right people and improved processes in Feb 2023. I personally went from feeling disappointed in November to absolutely amazed and happy about their new staff and my experience in Feb 2023. This makes such a great difference to deal with people who truly care whether they are managers or at the frontline .My wife and I couldn't believe how quickly they can make decisions resolving our issue when we had a radiator leak replacing the faulty component under warranty. I recommend anyone who had a mixed experience with them before February 2023 to give them another try - they heard our feedback and they changed to deliver great experience. I recently brought my car there for a routine service, and I was extremely disappointed with the experience. The staff were unprofessional and unhelpful, and the quality of the work was subpar. Firstly, despite having a reservation for a leave car, I was not provided with a loaner car while my car was being serviced, which made the whole experience much more inconvenient than it needed to be. When I asked how can I get back home, they told me there is only one option: a van would take me to the train station. Am I supposed to beg for a service I had been charged for? This was frustrating for me, as I had to rearrange my entire day to accommodate the lack of transportation. Secondly, although the representative told me that your car would be ready tomorrow (Saturday) over the phone and confirmed it when I took Uber and drove 40km going there when I arrived, I was told no one told us that we needed to bring your car out of the workshop which was close that day. And last but not least, the service itself was not up to standard. Less than one month after service, I noticed that my car was making strange engine noises and was not running as smoothly as it usually does, which made me concerned that something was not done correctly during the service. An alert message appears, and the car won't reverse. So, during such hectic days, my car won't move, and I must waste my money and time more. Overall, I would not recommend Audi Artarmon to anyone. The staff were unprofessional, the quality of work was poor, and the level of customer service was disappointing. I suggest finding a different workshop that will take better care of your car and treat you with more respect.
