        I had a very tough and long day. Artarmon post office was my second last stop of the day and I was already exhausted by the time when I walked in. Melissa, she put up a big smile and greeted me. After hearing my tricky request and situation, she went above and beyond to assist me. She was so warm, not only just there to serve a regular customer but also genuinely wanted to help me as much as she could, she didn't have to but she did. She was the only one who helped me today, maybe to her she's just doing her job but to me she's really lightened my dreadful day. I hope this message somehow would reach to the store manager and people like this deserves to be recognised and appreciated. Thanks again Mel. Ally
