I arrived to find my booking wasn't confirmed for service due to an error on my part. The team were fantastic, accomodating the service. I was offered a shuttle if needed, and coffee and plenty of lounges on offer in the wait area. I decided to wait, and before too long was on my way with car good to go. A great exp all round. Everyone is always keen to comment with negative feedback but my comment is the opposite I had an issue that required urgent attention & Jeep stepped up The person on the phone was more than helpful. Second time servicing my jeep here, everything was smooth, no extra charges. Helpful staff and prompt customer attention. Few issues were detected but covered under the guarantee.
