Do not use this company they are a FRAUD. Made a purchase on their website received an invoice and email saying it will be delivered but been over 8 weeks and haven't received the product. They ignore all emails and chat support just send you to a form. A complete disgrace of a company

Scammers they are. They neither deliver goods nor refund. Its absolutely discussing that they are still trying to sell online. What a joke. Do not trust them. Cant reach their phone support. Emails are ignored. You just lose money and must move on. There is no way to get your money back.

Don't buy from this website! i waited for 5 months! no one is contacting with me even i have emailed them lots times! now i am still waiting!!! i even think this is a scam!

Ordered an item at a value of approx $800 on 1.05.22. Have been following up ever since via phone, on-line chat and email with little response. I was initially told the order had been fulfilled and they were sending me the tracking details then when I finally was able to reach a person on the phone, they advised the item was out of stock and I could "apply" for a refund. I have now completed the refund form 3 times after being sent requests with still no result. We are a small business and needed the item for the business and really can't afford this. I have now had to order and pay for it elsewhere but am still out of pocket. The other business who I ordered from delivered within a few days. Next step is ACCC complaint. I've seen this company on A Current Affair now and wish I had never purchased from them. Avoid them at all costs. I can't believe they are still allowed to continue trading with the number of complaints and poor reviews I have seen.
