        Lackluster service, printed everything the wrong colour, the person helping was very impatient and overcharged me instead of the quote previously given because they price jobs on how they're feeling. Do not recommend.

        Just balancing out the single negative review with a positive one. Presumably that was a bad day, we've been on several occasions and they're lovely old chaps to deal with, generous with their time, print tests for us without charging for each one to make sure we get what we're after, and the price is always very reasonable. You're buying out of a warehouse floor rather than a shop front so it's a bit more casual, you can even haggle a bit if you feel like it. They occasionally make little mistakes and oversights but they're really nice to deal with and will make them good if they occur. Also excellent quality printing on industrial machines AND they'll trim for you. Couldn't recommend more.
