This was our first dealings with Keystone in purchasing a ford ranger for our company. Previously we had purchased company vehicles from other dealers and thought we would get an improved result dealing with Keystone. However the experience has resulted in a very disappointing outcome. A lack of control of the purchasing process combined with very poor or no communication has been our experience from initial contact. We are still waiting for completion of purchase some 3 months after full payment with no effort or apparent care to improve or rectify the situation from the keystone representative.

I purchased a 2020 Mercedes CLA through Keystone Acquisitions in April 2023. Im based interstate, so I contacted the team at KSA firstly for general information. I spoke with Rhett, who was very knowledgeable about the car and was willing to negotiate where possible to support me and my budget. I made the trip to NSW where the team met me and handed over the keys. They walked me through the features of the car, the paper work and made sure I was happy with my purchase at handover and multiple times post purchase to ensure I was in the right ride for me.
