Wouldnt recommend They do a bad job on servicing your truck Toke my 2020 hino in got a service done and they didnt change the air filters and grease anything which they had charged me for. Also had brakes done with them and they damaged the spring while changing the brakes over which they didnt wanna take blame for and made all these excuses.

This is the second time I'm quite disappointed with the service at Hino Arndell Park, I dropped off my 2020 hino for service and I always get a video explaining what has been done during service but this time no follow up or a video. Upon pick up my steering wheel had oil residue and there was finger prints on both side of my truck, I also noticed the old air filter was still inside the truck and the air filter cover off, so I thought its OK when I get home I'll put the cover and discard the rubbish. Upon arrival I noticed there was no new filter installed. Called back spoke to Craig he was very helpful and offered me to come back and sord out the issue. He was surprised on the condition they left the truck, he actually cleaned the finger prints himself and installed the air filter which was very nice of him. I expected a lot more from the service centre and might go elsewhere for the remaining schedule services. And to top it up they didn't stamped the logbook.
